COVID-19 Online Shopping, Pickup Delivery Update
We are temporarily changing the working processes to ensure we continue to offer an essential service whilst keeping our team and communities safe and connected.
1. Purchase onsite
In line with Government Directives we Do NOT offer purchase onsite at our Preston warehouse until further notice. If you need products urgently, we offer Contact Free Click & Collect after you purchase the items from our online store - local pickup is strictly by appointment only.
2. Contactless Pickup
When your order is ready to pickup, we will send you the pickup notification.
When coming to our warehouse, please ensure:
- Wearing a fitted face mask.
- Stay in your vehicle.
- Have your Order number ready and call the office on arrival.
3. Contactless Delivery
You will not be required to sign for your delivery. If there is questions or inquiries about the products or delivery, please contact us by phone or email.

No-one likes it, but shipping delays aren’t going away anytime soon.
As you may be aware, due to the recent lockdowns across the country, online sales and delivery numbers have increased substantially. Add to that, border closures and staff shortages (due to isolations) and we’re seeing an increased strain on the timely delivery of goods across Australia.
We are still delivering Australia wide, but are currently experiencing longer than normal delivery delays. With both of the country's largest states in hard lockdowns, it has put unprecedented strain on Australia's delivery network, leading to lengthy delays in receiving parcels.
Last month, Australia Post's reported volumes were its highest-ever, coming in higher than last the service's already record-breaking Christmas volumes. More than 50 per cent of Australian households bought something online during the month.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may place on you and your orders with us. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we will work through these challenging times together.
Still waiting for your parcel? Here’s what to do...
If you feel you’ve been waiting too long for your order, we ask that you first lodge an enquiry directly with your shipping company (Australia Post, StarTrack or TNT). All tracking info required to lodge an enquiry is emailed out to you upon dispatch of your order. If you don’t hear from them in a timely manner, contact our team to follow up on your behalf. Please note, the freight investigation teams are also taking a little longer to reply at the moment due to an influx of enquiries.
