Depending on your location within Australia, please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Sometimes its quicker, sometimes its slower, but we always do our best to dispatch it as quickly as we gratefully receive your order!

We stock ~95% of the products on our website, so we can usually dispatch as soon as payment is received. If an item isn't in stock, we'll contact you within 24 hours to advise of any delays.

⚠️ Safety Note: Metallic Confetti & Streamers

Metallic confetti and streamers are made from PVC mylar — which means they can conduct electricity. That makes them a safety risk if fired near power lines, lighting rigs, or sensitive electronics.

What to do:

• Never aim metallic confetti or streamers at overhead power lines. Contact with live lines can cause electrocution.
  
  
• Keep clear of lighting trusses, moving heads, and electrical equipment. Metallic pieces can short out circuits if they land across live contacts.
  
  
• Use paper or BioConfetti if your event involves outdoor firing near power lines or heavy indoor rigging.
